Go Garrett!!

This past Saturday Garrett competed in his 4th bodybuilding competition in Vancouver, WA. This time he weighed-in at 195 which put him in the light-heavy weight class (usually the toughest competition at any show). And it was....he competed against some great looking athletes. After a very long, 24 hour day we were finally home and the 16 weeks of contest prep are over. He has decided to take a couple weeks off of working out and is enjoying it.
